Visiting Nairobi, Kenya, ahead of the WTO’s 10th Ministerial Conference held there in December 2015, WTO spokesman Keith Rockwell described the global and local contexts in which the conference would take place. The first WTO ministerial conference held in Africa, it culminated in the adoption of the “Nairobi Package,” a series of six ministerial decisions on agriculture, cotton and issues related to least-developed countries (LDCs).
