The objective of COP21 (the 2015 global climate change talks in Paris) is to change the world. Across Africa, the challenge not only is to transform existing economies into sustainable green economies, but also to find human resources locally to bring about the transformation, as well as to function in the new economies. Training for green jobs therefore must begin immediately if the continent is to successfully meet future labor demands.
